Scarlet Morgan was Pirate Captain's friend and fellow pirate. At some point, he was captured by Queen Victoria, and sentenced to spend the rest of his days in a hanging cage. He later meets Pirate Captain again with the captain's crew, but forgets to tell them to "turn back."
